What’s NewGolden Ears Cup (Davis Cup style) Tournament - August 10We managed to complete the Golden Ears Cup before the heat of the day hit! We had 8 Men’s teams and 4 Women’s teams playing best of 5 - 10 point tiebreak sets Davis Cup style (2 singles matches, a doubles match and if necessary 2 reverse singles matches). What’s New Lissone Cup (Laver Cup style) Tournament - July 6 It was a scorcher of a day but 24 members showed up to play the Lissone Cup in honour of past President Malcolm Lissone! The tournament was played Laver Cup style with the 14 men and 10 women (!!!) split in to two teams; Team Cary (aka Team Smash per Brent) and Team Ann-Marie. Five rounds were played and heading in to the fourth round both teams were tied at 10 points each! Alas Team Smash proved too much winning 32-13. Click here to read the full August

What’s New UPDATE to the Update: Point Tie-break Doubles Tournament - June 8 The weather was perfect for our Doubles Tiebreak 10’s tournament! We had six teams enter and a great time was had by all! Congratulations to Cary & Lavinio for coming in 1st, Perry & Eduardo for placing 2nd and Spenser & Brent for placing 3rd! What’s New UPDATE to the Update: Court and Parking Lot access during BC Summer Games After continued discussions with the City, they have adjusted the location that they will be using as a staging area for the Summer Games.  Therefore, we WILL have access to the Tennis Courts and parking lot from Wednesday, July 10th through Monday, July 22nd.  As a result we will be able to run our usual programs during this time!  Thanks for your understanding and patience while we worked through this. What’s New Court and Parking Lot access during BC Summer Games For 2024 the BC Summer Games are being held in Maple Ridge from July 18-21. We have been notified by the City that we will not have access to the Tennis Courts or parking lot from Wednesday, July 10th through Monday, July 22nd. Even though Tennis is not a sport included in the Summer Games they will be using the area as a flex space to stage athletes. This will affect all Club activities during this time If anything changes we will let you know but in the meantime
